dc.description.abstract | Aim of the study is to critical review the essential hypertension status among the Nigerian adult population, the practice of the utilization of antihypertensive drugs of various pharmacological groups in patients attending the outpatient clinic, and treatment adherence in hypertensive patients in Nigeria.
