dc.description.abstract | This study is an in-depth analysis of shared decision-making patterns and self-management of health among patients with mental disorders. Covering a variety of aspects, from schizophrenia to anxiety disorders, the study includes data from 326 patients. Selected chapters of the work cover shared and autonomous decision-making in the context of care and patients' decision-making in various mental illnesses. The aim of this study was to explore and analyze the role of shared decision-making models and autonomous decision-making in patients with mental disorders in the context of nursing practice. The main objective aims to identify the effectiveness of these models in mental health management, and to integrate and compare the findings to optimize care. Patients with various mental disorders were the object of research in this study. The study sought to understand and analyze the impact of shared decision-making models and autonomous decision-making on treatment outcomes and overall mental well-being in this patient population. The study confirmed the effect of autonomous decision-making on the part of the patients on improving treatment outcomes and their overall well-being. The study also discussed the effect of decision-making on individualization of care, development of professional nursing practices and creating recommendations for the patients. Overall, not only does this work expand our understanding in the field of nursing science, but also has potential to change paradigms in the approach to mental health and reduce the stigma surrounding this field of health care. | uk |
