Nurses play a key role in ensuring the effective utilization of health insurance in the health system, especially in providing medical care and nursing care in home-based settings. Their competencies, professionalism, and closer contact with patients make them integral participants in this process. Analyzing the role of nurses and their contribution to utilization of health insurance in the health system allows detecting optimal strategies and prospects in improving the quality of medical care and nursing care in home-based settings. This ultimately leads to higher patient satisfaction and better treatment outcomes. The aim of this study consists in studying the role of health insurance in the modern health system, with an emphasis on providing home-based care. The main objective is to compare the effectiveness of private visits using telemedicine technology, as well as to identify the advantages and limitations of each of these approaches. The research methodology includes the analysis of patients' medical records, surveys among nursing personnel and patients, and a comparative analysis of the effectiveness and accessibility of home-based care. The object of research included patients receiving home-based treatment, including those who use health insurance and telemedicine services. The main measurement parameters were the availability and quality of care, clinical outcomes, the level of patient and family satisfaction, and the costs of health services. The results of the study will allow for a deeper understanding of the interconnections between health insurance, telemedicine and home care, and propose recommendations for optimizing health care processes and improving patient outcomes.uk
