dc.description.abstractNursing has become of the most respected careers due to the 2019 Covid Pandemic. The number of challenges that are faced by nurses daily has always been placed on a backburner and addressed only as part of the “job descriptions “. The aim of this study is to discuss many topics and obstacles that nurses face every day that may cause harm to them and their patients. The focus is on injuries, skin breakdown and medication management. Study objectives. 1. To study the organization of nursing process when working with impaired patient. 2. To study the organization of nursing process when working with skin breakdown. 3. To identify risk factors in patients with suicidal ideation and management. 4. To investigate proper medication administration and patients education. 5. To investigate the discharge instructions and patients education. The object of research. The impaired patients, patients with skin breakdown, patients with suicidal ideation. The subject of research. The role of nursing process in providing care to impaired patients, patients with skin breakdown, patients with suicidal ideation. The methods of study included the following: general clinical assessments, history of present disease and health history, patient observation, physical examination, general health assessment, data analysis. The scientific and practical value of the study. The study will discuss different methods nurses should take to protect themselves as well as the patients they care for. It will help one understand that caring for a patient not only starts with admission and ends on discharge. The impact you make during the patient care and education process stays with them and their family when they are home working on their healing process.uk
