| dc.description | The aim of the work – to analyze the role of clinical considerations of patients as one of the main stages of practical training of graduate students at the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry of UMSA.The main body. Therapeutic dentistry is the basis of practical conservative dentistry. It is impossible to reveal the laws of the violation of the functions of the tooth-jaw apparatus, the search for mechanisms for their recovery, prevention of diseases and their treatment without deep knowledge of aspects of diagnostic process. Selective clinical considerations of thematic patients is an effective method of training which helps to forming ability to think logically on the basis of obtained knowledge and results of examination.An experienced teacher is able to focus and draw students’ attention to the causal link between complaints and anamnesis in relation to the objective picture of the disease during a clinical discussion of patients. Particular attention of students studying at the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry addresses the construction of a logical connection between the received information and the comparison with additional laboratory and instrumental studies, in search of insufficient chains to get an understanding of the fullness of the pathology.Conclusions. The future doctor should make a variety of professional activities, solve professional tasks competently and responsibly. It is through that the daily conduct of practically directed kind of classroom work – clinical considerations of patients, allows qualitatively forming the basics of clinical thinking in the future doctors. | en-US |
| dc.description | Мета роботи – проаналізувати роль клінічного розбору хворого як одного із головних етапів практичної підготовки студентів-випускників на кафедрі терапевтичної стоматології ВДНЗУ “УМСА”.Основна частина. Терапевтична стоматологія є основою практичної консервативної стоматології. Без глибоких знань аспектів діагностичного процесу неможливе розкриття закономірностей порушення функцій зубощелепного апарату, пошук механізмів їх відновлення, попередження хвороб та їх лікування. Для формування уміння логічно мислити, на основі отриманих знань та результатів обстеження хворого, ефективним методом навчання є вибіркове проведення клінічного розбору тематичних хворих. Під час проведення клінічного розбору хворого досвідчений викладач має змогу робити акценти та звернути увагу студентів на наявність причинно-наслідкових зв’язків між скаргами та анамнезом у зіставленні з об’єктивною картиною захворювання. Особлива увага студентів, які навчаються на кафедрі терапевтичної стоматології, звертається на побудову логічного зв’язку між отриманою інформацією і зіставленням з додатковими лабораторними та інструментальними дослідженнями в пошуку недостатніх ланцюжків для отримання розуміння всієї повноти патології.Висновки. Майбутній медик повинен володіти різноманітними видами професійної діяльності, компетентно і відповідально вирішувати професійні завдання. Саме, шляхом щоденного проведення, практично спрямований вид аудиторної роботи – клінічний розбір хворих дозволяє якісно сформувати основи клінічного мислення у майбутнього лікаря. | uk-UA |
